Once connected, you talk to NeetoChat in your own words. The assistant picks the tools it needs, so there is no syntax to learn and no id to look up first.

See who has access

The assistant lists the active members with their emails, names and organization roles.
The list API’s email query parameter and the matching MCP argument filter to one exact address. That is the quickest way to turn an email into an id.

Invite people

Adding someone is not reversible by simply asking again, so confirm the addresses and the role before you send it. Role names are case-sensitive and must match a role in your workspace.

Update a member

Only the fields you name are changed. Everything else is left alone.

Deactivate an account

The person loses access. The workspace must keep at least one admin, so removing the last one is rejected.

When a prompt does not work

If the assistant says it cannot find a member you know exists, the likeliest causes are the wrong workspace and the permissions on your own account. See Troubleshooting.
